We design and fit out our Catering Units ourselves, and have many photographs from the initial laying of the first piece of steel, right through to the finished product. To the right is a photograph of our latest one under construction, a tri-axle 22 foot body.
This unit is probably unlike any you have ever seen, the equipment installed is as follows :- "Fitted Kitchen" drawers and cupboards, twin falcon fryers, nine baine marie pots, chip warmer, electric oven, microwave, 12 feet of griddle space (12 foot long by 18 inches wide).
We can also add things like a small wok, an electric convection oven, and extra chip warmers, or baine maries should a certain event require them.
