Not only do we operate as mobile caterers, we are also a food manufacturer.

For over twenty years we have made a chilli sauce that we gave away with our sandwiches, it became so popular that many of our customers started asking if we could sell them some; Over recent years the demand has become so huge that eventually we made the decision to make some small batches for resale. 

These sold out on the first weekend they were for sale.

We simply could not ignore the fact that so many people wanted to purchase our sauce, we then started to think about selling it on the internet, and in local shops, this is the stage we are at now. We eventually hope to have our sauce in one or more of the major supermarkets, we know it will be a huge success.
